Your request should include a brief description of the project, any relevant reference material, desired size and resolution specs, file type requirements (eg. PNG or EPS), turnaround time on delivery and any other necessary instructions. The more details you provide up front, the faster our designer can get to work!
Up to 10 people can have active access per subscription. With this, you’re able to include others in your account without needing more than one subscription. New users will be given their own login information.
User Levels
We have three user types on our platform: Members, Organizers and Admins.
Admins are the highest level of users and are responsible for managing the team’s subscriptions, adding/removing users, and creating/editing requests.
Organizers have the ability to add, remove, and edit users and requests.
Members can view requests, submit designs, and comment on their works, They can’t add or remove other users.
Keep in mind, A maximum of three users can join the team’s UUX Slack channel.
The requests we cannot support are the following:
- Digital painting
- game assets
- Development or Programming, coding
- 3D projects
- Trademarked items, branded content, or quotes
- Fillable or interactive PDF documents
- Complex photo manipulation
- Extremely complex or fine art illustrations
- Content writing
- HTML, CSS, UI/UX design
- Unsupported file types
We will not tolerate requests that are racially offensive, ethnically sexually explicit, or defamatory, as these go against our core values.
Don’t think of it as magic. Keep in mind that if you submit 20+ requests today, they won’t all be completed by tomorrow. Although, “unlimited” does entail an infinite amount. You can submit as a lot of requests as needed, and our creatives will work on them based on the order they were received every working day.
Keep your queue full to make the most of your subscription, and you can have more than one subscription for increased daily productivity.
