Our management team will work with you to ensure we find the perfect designer for your specific needs. If you’re ever unhappy with the match, we’ll be happy to connect you with a new designer within one day.
To make things more convenient for our overseas clients, we offer 2 different schedules to choose from: 9am – 5pm EST (US) or 9am – 5 pm AEST (Australia), Monday through Friday. Best of all, there is no extra charge for this service.
You will be in constant communication with your personal UUX designer via our private portal app, and you can request as many revisions as you need. You’ll also get daily updates on the progress of your requests.

Reviews & Revisions
Once you have assigned a UUX designer to your project, they will get straight to work. For your peace of mind, know that you can request as many revisions as necessary until the end result is something that makes you happy.
Most projects will be completed within 12 hours, but more complex projects may take longer. For instance, a one-minute animated explainer video generally takes 7-15 days while an infographic takes less than 12 hours. With one UUX subscription, you are allotted 2 hours of design time from your UUX designer each day.
You’re always welcome to subscribe to more UUX plans. Each one provides you with a daily design allotment of 2 hours.
Have fun with Designs
After your designer completes the design, they will send it to you for approval. You will then gain 100% ownership of all files created by your UUX designer.
You are free to request as many revisions as you’d like until the final product meets your vision.
We will store all of your design files on UUX Design and Google Drive, including the source files which you shall retain full ownership. You are allotted an infinite amount of storage space.
